Holiday Closings

All library branches of the Charleston County Public Library system will close at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, and will remain closed on December 24, 25, and 26. Branches will reopen for their normal hours on Saturday, December 27. On Wednesday, January 31, all library branches will close at 6:00 p.m. and remain closed on Thursday, January 1. We'll reopen our regular hours on Friday, January 2.

As a reminder, the library will be closing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3rd, and will be closed on Friday,July 4th. We will reopen at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 6th.

2008 is almost here!

The staff of the John's Island Regional Library wishes you a Happy New Year! As a reminder, the library will close at 6:00 p.m. on December 31st. We will be closed on January 1st and will reopen at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 2nd.

We hope you will make visiting the library more often one of your New Year's resolutions! In addition to our wonderful collection of books, DVDs, videotapes, books on CD and audiocassettes, music CDs, periodicals, and computers, we are planning some great, free programs for all ages in 2008. We are here to serve you and hope to see you soon.
